Our team has been engaged time and again to help organisations in the public and private sectors launch novel scientific services
We now bring the sum of our experiences and knowledge of launching safe, accurate, fit-for-purpose services at pace to clients through our Scientific Services Portfolio. If required, we will seamlessly interweave in our Software Services Portfolio, to provide the complete package for operationalising a Novel Service.

Our approach to launch of novel Scientific Services holistically considers the interaction between Science & Technology, the physical Laboratory and the human workforce.
This recipe was responsible for the solution design and management of the following transformational projects:
One of the first commercial SARS-CoV-2 PCR workflows in the UK (available as a RUO service at a UKAS-accredited laboratory from Feb 2020).
Validation & Operationalisation of the largest pandemic response laboratory in Europe.
Validation of end-point PCR for SARS-CoV-2 diagnostics.
Automation of critical laboratory procedures, which saved £millions in wasted reagents.
Workforce transformation through implementation of management and training structures.
Launch of SARS-CoV-2 Genotyping Service.
Development & validation of a Python-based LIMS and associated reporting infrastructure.
Launch of fit-to-fly laboratory in London.
Blood product testing.
Our modular framework for Scientific Service Operationalisation is tailored to fit each unique project and ensures systematic, organised and confident delivery.
In collaboration with your team, Omix will develop a structured and pragmatic program of work with the strategic objective of delivering a live, and crucially, sustainable service.
